Hallo,
kommt bei dem Projekt-Fahrwerk an der HA unten auch ein Formgummiteil an die Feder?
Der Distanzring ist ja nicht wie ein Federteller geformt.

Do those springs/shocks also fit on a 353 Tourist?

I'm pleased that you have interest.
The manufacturer of this springs is "Zavod za prujin" Co- translated literally in english this means - "Factory for spings".

Most probably they do not save they specifications of orders so it's needed to send stock springs again, but I can help with it. Anyway, the price for the spirngs with all the transport cost was around 200 Euro with the paint job, but take in mind that you can order whatever size you want, you can order something like 80/60 or even lower, also you can change the hardness, mine are around 20% harder.

The car is still not ready, I'll show you a picture in a 2-3 weeks, I hope. I'm going to make an adaptor for the rear hubs next, so this is slowing me at this moment. I'll install rear breaks from Golf 2/3 226mm disc.
Regarding the shocks, the price of the KYB is around 70 Euro, but I got them for 50 per pc. The other one, the front one a friend of mine, who works in a shop for car parts found them, the price was around 25 Euro per pc.

With regret I must say, that I do not have 2t Wartburg, so I hadn't looking for a type of shock which will fit the front.
I'll try to see if I can find something to suggest to you. If you mean 353 1.3 tourist - yes they will fit.
Most probably they will fit even on the 2t Wartburg, but you have to make some kind of adaptor for the upper fixation.

Unfortunatelly the result is not what I wanted. But it's all my bad, I should have ordered springs shorter. I'm afraid what will happen with the back, but we will see. Maybe it will take some time until the spring adjust and settle, at this moment is between 3-4 cm lower.
Here are some pictures:
I do not know if the distance from the ground to the side skirt on both sides is the same with stock suspension, but in this case the difference in the height is ~4.5 cm.

Hmmm, doesn't look that bad at all! Nice rims you've got on the front!
Are you gonna fix that fender (Left front), it looks it has rust on the typical Wartburg (1.3) places...

On the right I have the same problem, but at first just wanted to fix the suspension. This will be the next thing.
Regarding the height, I think that one C20XE will fix everything on it's place..
The winter is long, we will see.

So heute mal mein projekt 601 Fahrwerk verbaut.Hinten habe ich mal die Aluringe weggelassen,dann passt es auch von der tiefe.
Vorn muss noch was passieren.Aber eingetragen ist es erstmal Fzg.besichtigung beim Tüv hier in Bayern hat keine Minute gedauert.

Eigentlich ist es ja ein Witz das Fahrwerk als 60/40 zu beschreiben.Wenn man vorn gerade mal 3cm runter kommt.

It's been quite long time since I installed the front springs, then it came the back, and then a bunch of other problems with the car and non enough time to fix them, which delayed me so much.
Hopefully, I'm nearly done with the suspension, brakes, and all these boring stuff...
Here are two pictures from the last Saturday:
I'm going on new front springs next month. I still do not enjoy it that much...
Good thing is, that the car has really great handling!

Next week I'll place a new order for springs, so these one will be on half price and are only ~100km. If you have interest, I'll deal with the transport to DE as well..
